About HauntOS

Most founders sound exactly like every other founder on the internet.

Not because they don’t have something to say. Because somewhere between the voice memo and the published post, the signal got lost. A freelancer smoothed out the edges. An AI tool replaced every sharp opinion with something “professional.” A content calendar turned genuine thinking into scheduled mediocrity.

The voice was there. Nobody extracted it.

That’s what I do.

I’m Sarra Richmond. I’m The Ghost.

I’m a brand voice expert, ghostwriter, and AI builder. I ghostwrite LinkedIn content and newsletters for founders, execs, coaches, and consultants: people with real substance who want a presence that matches their expertise. I also build AI prompt systems and consult on brand voice.

My process is simple: I start with how you actually talk: transcripts, voice memos, the midnight LinkedIn post that outperformed your entire Q3 calendar. I pull the patterns, the rhythm, the vocabulary, the things you say when you stop performing. Then I turn that into content that sounds like you said it. Because you did. I just caught it.

HauntOS is where I write about the things I see from inside the walls.

This newsletter covers three angles, three days a week:

The Excavation (Tuesday) — Deep essays on the problems nobody names. Voice Decay. The Sameness Spiral. The Conviction Deficit. Why most content sounds like it was written by the same person — and what to do about it.

The Workshop (Thursday) — Tactical breakdowns of how I actually do the work. Real client scenarios, real process, real frameworks you can steal — though you’ll probably want someone to run them for you.

The Signal (Saturday) — The sharpest things I noticed this week in ghostwriting, AI content, and personal branding. Short. Opinionated. Best read with coffee.

If you run a company and the voice still lives in your head, or you’re the person rewriting every draft because nobody catches the signal… this is for you.

No fluff. No “5 tips to elevate your brand.” Just the operating system behind how people actually sound like themselves.

Where else to find me:

LinkedIn — where I write shorter, sharper, and say the things most ghostwriters won’t

Threads — where I test ideas, start arguments, and think out loud before it becomes a newsletter

Skool — the community for writers and founders who want to stop sounding like everyone else
